If you are needing rock or another material for your project, we have agreements with other mining operations and will still supply what you need. Please contact us to discuss your project with one of our representatives.

MATERIALS

Select Fill

For our select fill, we are looking for the perfect combination of excavated clay and sand. Our select fill has a consistent moisture content, color and compatibility. Our PI rating ranges between 5-15. We can custom mix to meet the spec of any job.
Where to use our select fill:
  • Building foundations
  • Backfilling retaining walls
  • Home pad sites.

Common Fill

This more economical common clay fill is high in PI. Common fill will generally pack very hard and provide a stable structure to build on. Our common fill product has just the right amount of moisture content to provide better packing.
Where to use our common fill:
  • Backfilling
  • Leveling low areas
  • Well pad sites
  • Lining new ponds
  • Lining of landfills.

Screened Sand

We strive to provide the highest quality screened sand on the market. It is screened through a 1/2” screen. Much of our sand is light grey to tan in color. Our sand should meet the specifications for your upcoming project.

Cushion Sand

Composition: Cushion sand is mined from the pit and separated. Most cushion sand is very clean and free of rocks and other debris.

Topsoil or Screened Topsoil

Our Topsoil and Screened Topsoil are basically the same, but our screened is put through a 1/2″ screen to remove any rocks, roots, and vegetation. Our topsoil has a nice color and texture that can easily be spread.

  • Flower Beds
  • Medians
